After some financial delays and permitting issues, the developer of Mosaic at Oak Creek is finally ready to begin construction!

Mayor Peter Simmons will be speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, which is scheduled for June 12th. The ceremony will take place at the site on the corner of Dean Street and Old 41 Road, next to the old Dixie Moon Cafe.
