What’s Taking Shape at Midtown?
Midtown at Bonita is a 68-acre mixed-use development designed to bring restaurants, shopping, residences and services together in a walkable setting. Plans include more than 30 acres of preserved open space, creating room for gathering and spending time outdoors alongside the commercial development.
The community also includes 400 residential units, with a 165-room boutique hotel planned.
Some tenants are expected to be open by Christmas and others will not open until late 2027.
We’ll continue following Midtown’s progress and sharing new tenant details and opening dates as we learn more.
