A long-vacant supermarket at Three Oaks Town Center in south Fort Myers is getting two new tenants: Palm City Brewing and W.O.L.F. Gyms. The businesses will share the nearly 37,000-square-foot former grocery building.
A bigger home for the makers of Hazify
Hazify fans, this part is for you. Palm City Brewing makes the popular local IPA, a hazy New England style beer with notes of pineapple, mango, and tangerine. It is the brewery’s flagship beer, so you may recognize the name even if you have never visited its tasting room.
Owners Ryan and Marianne Bowen plan to relocate from Alico Commercial Park into a 16,000-square-foot space. Plans include a roughly 9,000-square-foot tasting room, outdoor seating, food on site and a private party room, plus more capacity for brewing and inventory.

An FGCU graduate brings W.O.L.F. Gyms to the neighborhood
The gym is led by Dillon Knoff, a 21-year-old FGCU graduate who discovered W.O.L.F. as a teenager in New Jersey. He signed an 11-year lease for the new location.
Expect free weights and machines combining established brands such as Nautilus and Cybex with newer equipment. Knoff describes his vision as a welcoming gym with an emphasis on community. Pricing for this location had not been announced in the August report.
When will they open?
The gym is targeting late fall 2026, while Palm City hopes to open in 2027. Those are projected timelines, rather than confirmed opening dates.
Until then, Palm City’s website lists its current brewery at 7887 Drew Circle, Suite 130, in Fort Myers.
