Vivid Shores Is Coming to Bonita Springs
Construction has just kicked off in Vivid Shores, Bonita Springs’ newest lakefront community by Pulte Homes and Stock Development. With oversized homesites, upscale finishes, and luxury amenities, this isn’t your average neighborhood—it’s resort-style living brought home.

Vivid Shores is situated on about 1,100 acres at the north end of Bonita Grande Drive in Bonita Springs, Florida. This ideal location is 5 minutes to the new Midtown Bonita shopping center, 10 minutes to Downtown Bonita Springs, 15 minutes to RSW Airport, and 20 minutes to the beach.
