Pop Onigiri, a new Japanese restaurant, is set to open in the former Rosati’s Pizza location at Springs Plaza on Bonita Beach Road.

Pop Onigiri  Modern Japanese

This new quick-casual restaurant will soon offer Japanese comfort food with a modern twist.  Specializing in flavorful teppanyaki-style rice bowls, hearty ramen, crispy fried chicken, and hand-pressed onigiri (Japanese rice balls), this new eatery will soon deliver an authentic taste of Japan with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The Menu

The Pop Onigiri menu features shareables, hibachi, ramen, rice bowls, onigiri, teas, and desserts! Some notable dishes include the Spicy Pork Tonkotsu, Pop Combination Ramen with chicken, shrimp, and beef, Tempura Shrimp Onigiri, and Matcha Tiramisu. We are excited for the whole menu, but we are especially excited to welcome an Onigiri spot to Bonita! Onigiri, pictured above, is a rice & seaweed wrap stuffed with egg, cucumber, avocado, bean sprouts, and your choice of protein and sauce for dipping!

Opening Date

Pop Onigiri will hold a soft opening on June 16th!
