The Bonita Foundry, a 181,000-square-foot, Class A development, will bring customizable commercial, industrial and recreational space to meet rising demand in Southwest Florida’s tightening market.

Forager Real Estate Partners, a private equity real estate developer specializing in commercial and industrial assets, is pleased to announce the launch of  The Bonita Foundry, a brand-new class ‘A’ flex commercial and recreational development, in Bonita Springs.
