Sauna House is bringing the heat (and cold) to Bonita Springs! This franchise currently has bathhouses in Asheville, Charlotte, and Durham, with more underway in Greenville, Denver, Charleston, and right here in our neighborhood! Sauna House has recently leased the northernmost vacant commercial unit at Waterline on Old 41, right across from Ceremony Brewing! The 4495 square feet space overlooks the Oak Creek, a perfect setting to relax and refresh.

What is Sauna House?

Sauna House is a franchise of top-notch bathhouses. Each bathhouse is equipped with saunas and cold plunge baths where visitors can try the Hot-Cold-Relax® experience! The bathhouse focuses on well-being in a variety of ways, to leave you feeling renewed after every visit.

Technology Detox

Sauna House is public and phone-free. The owners want everyone to feel comfortable knowing they will not be in the background of someone’s photo, but more importantly, take a break from their screens. Their website states “Our bathhouse is phone free so you can disconnect from screens and the digital world. Embrace rest, reduce stress, and reclaim some freedom from your devices.”

The Hot-Cold-Relax® Experience

The Hot-Cold-Relax® experience starts with 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by 3-5 minutes in a cold plunge, and ends with some relaxation while you rehydrate- with the option to repeat it all! This science-backed method has SO many benefits for improving your mental health, reducing inflammation and pain, detoxing your body, reducing hypertension, and much more!

Coming Together to Be Well

Sauna House encourages the community to come together and form real social connections without any distractions. No screens, just genuine connections. Their website describes the experience as “a communal activity fostering real-life interactions and empathetic communication.”
