The new Estero entertainment complex, also known as the Williams Road Sports Park is moving forward after solidifying two partnerships for the project. The future sports complex will be located on the parcel of land between Williams Road and Via Coconut Point. After a series of focus groups, the developer has partnered with Chicken N Pickle and High 5 Entertainment Center.
Chicken N Pickle is an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex for all ages. It features a fast-casual restaurant and a large sports bar anchored by indoor and outdoor pickleball courts! The site plan included 12-17 outdoor and 6 indoor pickleball courts. Plans also include 3 indoor event spaces and a game yard with lawn games, firepits, and bier gardens!
The second partnership has been made with High 5 Entertainment Center, an expansive, two-story entertainment space with something for everyone.
The High 5 Entertainment Complex will feature:
- A state-of-the-art arcade with virtual reality
- laser tag
- mini golf
- duckpin bowling
- bocce
- axe throwing
- escape rooms
- A full-service restaurant
