A dramatic new dining and entertainment destination is preparing to open inside the former Southwest Florida Performing Arts Center in Bonita Springs and we’re finally getting a closer look at what’s planned.
Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge has released new details for it’s Southwest Florida location, which will combine an immersive cabaret dinner show, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails, live performances and late-night entertainment under one roof.
Although the company is marketing the venue as “Voulez-Vous Naples,” it is actually located at 11515 Bonita Beach Road SE in Bonita Springs, at the highly visible intersection of Bonita Beach Road and Imperial Parkway.

Two Entertainment Spaces Under One Roof
According to the Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge website, the venue will accommodate more than 500 guests across two distinct spaces: the Glamour Room and the Lounge.
The Glamour Room will be the centerpiece of the experience, accommodating as many as 350 guests for a three-hour cabaret dinner show. The room will feature a large LED screen behind the stage, additional digital screens, a DJ booth and designated smoking and non-smoking areas.
Performances are expected to incorporate choreography, aerial silks, suspended movement and theatrical staging while guests enjoy dinner and drinks.
Once the dinner show concludes, the evening will transition into a nightlife experience led by international DJs and additional live entertainment.
The adjoining Lounge will offer a more intimate atmosphere for up to 150 guests. Plans for the space include four LED screens, an elevated bar, a dedicated performance stage and an exclusive booth accommodating up to 10 guests directly in front of the entertainment.
Rather than operating as a traditional restaurant with occasional entertainment, Voulez-Vous describes the concept as one continuous experience in which the food, music, performances and atmosphere evolve throughout the night.

A First Look at the Voulez-Vous Menu
Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge has already released its full kitchen menu, offering the first glimpse of what guests can expect when the venue opens.
The upscale menu spans six categories: cold and hot starters, salads, pasta and risotto, entrées, sides and desserts.
Starters include Wagyu beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, baked goat cheese, a jumbo lump crab cake, colossal shrimp cocktail and West Coast oysters served with champagne mignonette. Salad selections range from a classic iceberg wedge and Caesar salad to imported burrata with heirloom tomatoes and a baby arugula salad with toasted pine nuts.
The pasta and risotto section features lobster pappardelle in a white wine cream sauce, seasonal mushroom risotto with truffle essence, black squid-ink pasta with grilled shrimp and pesto, and truffle sacchetti filled with a truffle-infused cheese blend. A lighter Zoodle Primavera made with zucchini noodles and seasonal vegetables will also be available.
Entrées lean heavily into steakhouse favorites. Options include Japanese A5 Wagyu tomahawk, prime ribeye, filet mignon, Steak Diane and an eye-catching 8-ounce “Golden Steak” finished with gold leaf accents.
Guests will also be able to choose from Chilean sea bass, herb-crusted Atlantic salmon, pistachio-crusted lamb chops, oven-roasted airline chicken and a vegetarian Portobello Stacker layered with grilled vegetables and goat cheese.
Sides include truffle mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon, wild mushrooms, grilled asparagus, herb-roasted baby potatoes and French fries with house-made aioli.
Dessert selections range from crème brûlée and molten Valrhona chocolate lava cake to chocolate mousse cake, a seasonal fruit platter and a yet-to-be-revealed Voulez-Vous signature dessert.
The bar menu will complement the food with signature cocktails, champagne, wine and premium spirits. Menu pricing has not yet been published.

Transforming a Familiar Bonita Springs Landmark
The nearly 20,000-square-foot building was previously home to the Southwest Florida Performing Arts Center and Teatro restaurant. The property sold for $4.5 million in December 2023 after being marketed as a 650-seat theater and dining facility with a commercial kitchen, ballroom dance floor and box office.
Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge LLC was established in Florida in February 2024 and remains active, with its principal address registered at the Bonita Springs property, according to Florida Division of Corporations records.
A commercial permit for the interior buildout was issued in November 2025, with the construction work valued at approximately $904,800.

When Will Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge Open?
An official opening date has not yet been announced. The venue’s social media currently says “Opening Soon,” while its newly launched website is already displaying anticipated hours, venue renderings and details about the experience.
Once complete, Voulez-Vous will introduce a style of immersive dinner theater and nightlife that is relatively new to Southwest Florida—and breathe new life into one of Bonita Springs’ most recognizable entertainment properties.
