A long-vacant landmark on the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Imperial Parkway is on the cusp of a major transformation. According to city permits, the former event center, once known for hosting concerts, is being reborn as a cabaret lounge called “Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge.”

The nearly 20,000 sq ft property sold for $4.5M in December of 2023, and the building permit was approved in November of 2025. Construction crews have already begun work on the site and are currently waiting to close out their framing permit, under the name “Voulez-Vous Caberet, LLC.”

While details about the business remain scarce, the location is hard to miss – nestled at one of the busiest intersections in Bonita Springs, just off the interstate. As commuters and visitors enter the city, Boulevard Cabaret Lounge is poised to become a focal point.
