The Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples is buzzing with fresh openings and exciting concepts. From authentic Italian flavors and specialty wines to sleek wellness studios and home-décor boutiques, the center at Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport-Pulling Road is transforming into one of Naples’ most dynamic shopping and dining destinations.

New Restaurants and Markets Coming Soon
Ambrosi & Sons Italian Market
Among the most anticipated additions is Ambrosi & Sons, a new Italian market and café slated to open in early 2026. The family-owned concept will bring a taste of Italy to North Naples with imported meats, cheeses, olive oils, pastas, and a wine-by-the-glass bar. It’s taking over the former Cave Bistro & Wine Bar space — a prime location for what’s set to become a local favorite. The Market will be located in the former Naples Wine Collection but owner Rudy Ambrosi has unannounced plans for the Cave side as well.
The Good Pour
Also on the horizon is The Good Pour, a Florida-based wine and spirits marketplace known for its large, curated selection and inviting atmosphere. The North Naples shop will offer more than 7,000 square feet of wines, craft beers, spirits, and unique gifts — expanding the plaza’s appeal for both casual shoppers and wine enthusiasts.
Aufieri & Martínez Argentinian Steakhouse
Foodies can look forward to Aufieri & Martínez Argentinian Steakhouse, a new upscale dining experience coming to suite 200. Expect bold South American flavors and wood-grilled meats in a refined setting that brings something fresh to the local dining scene.
The Supper Club
Another upcoming opening is The Supper Club, an intimate lounge-style restaurant featuring chandeliers, velvet drapes, and an elegant bar. With its full liquor license and cozy, upscale vibe, it’s poised to become a new go-to for cocktails and dinner in North Naples. This dining concept began on Davis Boulevard as a sister restaurant to Old Vines at Mercato in North Naples.
Playa Bowls
For lighter bites, Playa Bowls — the beloved smoothie and açaí brand from the Jersey Shore — is moving into the space formerly occupied by Nautical Bowls. It’s a perfect fit for those seeking a quick, healthy option while shopping or post-workout.

Wellness and Lifestyle Arrivals
SweatHouz
The health-minded crowd will soon be able to unwind at SweatHouz, a modern wellness studio offering private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin C shower experiences. Known for its sleek design and spa-like environment, the brand is expanding quickly across the Southeast and is now adding North Naples to its lineup.
Sway by Shape of Wicker
Already open and making waves, Sway by Shape of Wicker brings a refreshing home-and-design element to the plaza. The boutique offers hand-woven indoor and outdoor furniture crafted in Vietnam, blending coastal textures with timeless design — perfect for Southwest Florida living.

Fresh Faces Already Open
Two new eateries have already opened their doors this month in the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt.
-
Crazy King Burrito, known for its fresh, flavor-packed Mexican favorites, opened near True Fashionistas.
-
Mojo Thai & E-San reopened in October 2025 after a renovation, introducing dishes inspired by Thailand’s vibrant northeastern region.
These openings, alongside established favorites like True Fashionistas and Roosters, have helped bring new foot traffic and fresh energy to the center.

What’s Next for Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt
The revitalization isn’t slowing down. A new two-story commercial building is in the works on the southeast corner of the property, expected to add even more space for dining, retail, and services in 2026. With several storefronts still available for lease, there’s plenty of room for more new names to join the growing lineup.
For locals and visitors alike, The Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt is quickly becoming more than just a shopping center — it’s evolving into a lifestyle destination. Whether you’re grabbing an açaí bowl, sampling imported cheeses, sweating it out in a sauna suite, or browsing home décor, there’s something new to discover every time you visit.
