Construction has just kicked off in Vivid Shores, Bonita Springsโ newest lakefront community by Pulte Homes and Stock Development. With 451 oversized homesites and upscale finishes, this isnโt your average neighborhoodโitโs resort-style living brought home.

Location
Vivid Shores will be situated on about 1,100 acres at the north end of Bonita Grande Drive, a bike ride away from the new Midtown Bonita shopping center. The property, a former limestone mine, was purchased by Pulte Homes in October of 2024 for about $50 million.
