Vivid Shores Is Coming to Bonita Springs
Construction has just kicked off in Vivid Shores, Bonita Springs’ newest lakefront community by Pulte Homes and Stock Development. With 451 oversized homesites and upscale finishes, this isn’t your average neighborhood—it’s resort-style living brought home.
What We Know So Far
- Over 13 acres of lakefront amenities, including a 14,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness center with a sauna, resort pool with spa and beach entry, outdoor restaurant and bar, and more.
- A full lineup of fun: pickleball, tennis, bocce, a cozy firepit, event lawn, and a dog park.
- Lots of green space and walking trails.
- 451 Pulte homesites and 184 Stock Development homesites. 635 total doors.
- Perfectly placed just a few miles from Bonita Beach, right between Naples and Estero. You get tranquil vibes and instant access to top beaches, shopping, and dining.
- Oversized 78′ and 90′ homesites.
- Developers are working with the City of Bonita Springs to allow boating on the lake.
Location
Vivid Shores will be situated on about 1,100 acres at the north end of Bonita Grande Drive, a bike ride away from the new Midtown Bonita shopping center. The property, a former limestone mine, was purchased by Pulte Homes in October of 2024 for about $50 million.
