A brand new boutique is coming to Downtown Bonita Springs. Love, Celine is set to open early next week in the new Entrada Plaza at the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Old 41 Road. We sat down with the owner of this fresh and fun new clothing store to learn more about her and Love, Celine.

The Woman Behind Love, Celine

Jennifer Kallstrom was born in Sweden into an entrepreneurial family. She fell in love with fashion at a young age. She started sewing at just 5 years old and made clothes for herself during her younger years. She wanted to be a fashion designer so she proudly told her mom that she wanted to go to fashion school. Her very supportive and business-minded mother said “Absolutely not.”

Jennifer’s parents were from Sweden. They had an entrepreneurial mindset that paid off. They believed that if you found something you loved and worked hard, you wouldn’t need school to be successful. They knew that Jennifer had a

natural-born gift and passion for fashion. Her mother told her that if she wanted to go to college, she would have to get a scholarship and pursue a business degree- and that is exactly what she did.

Jennifer knew she wanted to pursue fashion, but she never wanted to work for a corporate company. During her senior year in college, she decided to open an online clothing boutique. Her mom loved the idea. She offered her full support and guidance where she could. They picked out their first collection and launched https://shoploveceline.com/ on May 20, 2022.

You may be wondering “Who is Celine?” Jennifer  grew up listening to Celine Dion’s empowering music with her mother, a woman who showed her “elements of class, beauty, and love in everything she did and continues to do.” For Jennifer, the name Celine symbolizes class, empowerment, and inspiration, which could not be more fitting for her brand. Love, Celine “empowers women to do anything they set their minds to through the comfort of clothing, community, and love.” Jennifer also loves to write so the name is designed to be a signoff from a love letter.

Exactly one year from the day she opened her online boutique, on May 20th, 2023, Jennifer will hold the grand opening for her first brick-and-mortar location.

The Love, Celine Collection

Jennifer’s collection embodies her own personal style. Her favorite thing when styling herself is pairing good quality, simple pieces with a pop of something fun. She also likes mixing affordable pieces with designer bags or shoes to make them look more elevated. Her favorite brands are Zara, Chanel & Dior.

She owes part of her fashion sense to the summers she spent in Stockholm while growing up. She always found herself taking fashion elements from Stockholm, like collared shirts, blazers, and button-downs, and adding her own personal flair.

In Love, Celine, you will find a perfectly hemmed pantsuit next to a fully sequined dress, muted neutrals next to neons, elegant gowns, ripped jeans, bright pink blazers, and much, much more. The collection offers simple, timeless, sophisticated pieces along with fun, colorful, and sparkly textures. All of it is great quality, chic and classy. The mix of elements gives customers the freedom to customize their looks based on their own personal style.

We are so excited to welcome this small business to our small town. Love, Celine will officially open its doors on Tuesday, May 2nd, and will hold a grand opening block party on May 20th. The boutique is located next to The Bohemian.
