Clara Fasciglione, the founder and owner of Wolfmoon, initially operated a wholesale & catering bakery in Argentina. In January of 2022, during the first full moon, or “Wolf Moon”, Clara opened for business here in Southwest Florida. She began baking out of a commercial kitchen in North Naples, where she fulfilled online orders for individuals and local coffee shops. As demand grew, she realized that her baked goods had a permanent place here in SWFL.
Her beautiful, new Bonita Springs location specializes in French croissants of all varieties. Clara believes in offering a limited number of menu items that are expertly made to perfection. This bakery features a laboratory-like kitchen so guests can see how these delicious pastries are made. She also offers coffee at her new location and worked with small roasters to develop a special roast for Wolfmoon.
Clara’s attention to detail and pride in her work are obvious in the products she creates, from her brand to her pastries.
