“Do you know what is going on with the Waterline Apartments commercial space along Old 41?”
-Jaci, Bonita Springs
Hi Jaci!
The original developer for Mosaic at Oak Creek had three goals for this property: Get it built, get the residential units rented out, and get it sold.
The new owner, that changed the name to Waterline, started focusing on filling the vacant commercial spaces along Old 41 Road. They have spent the last few months getting each of the units in “white box condition” and ready to rent.
We spoke with the commercial agent in charge of leasing the property and she let us know that they are currently in negotiations with a few businesses. She could not give us any details because no leases have been signed. However, she did let us know that they have “talked” to a nail salon, hair salon, kava bar, and a smash burger joint!
We will be sure to keep you updated as leases are signed and new businesses start moving in! Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about this project and others across SWFL!
