London Bay Plans 112 Luxury Residences on Estero Bay

London Bay recently announced plans for two new high-rise towers– The Ritz Carlton Residences on Estero Bay.

The Residences

The towers will each stand 22 stories high, totaling 112 luxury units. The first tower is scheduled to break ground by the end of 2022, and pre-sales have already begun. Prices will start around $2 million, with 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units available.

Dedicated, private elevators open to bright and expansive units, ranging from 2,628 square feet to 3,885 square feet. Each residence is available with an additional den, to use as a media room, office, or in-house gym.

With a rounded building design, every unit boasts gorgeous views of Estero Bay. Terraces the size of the average house will span up to 2,200 square feet, ideal for indoor-outdoor living in your bay-front oasis.

The Ritz Carlton brand is being used under a license given to London Bay by Ritz Carlton Hotel, Co. The Ritz Carlton is not planning or developing the towers, but its signature concierge service will be integrated into all aspects of the final product.

Rich with amenities, the towers will include a beauty salon and pet groomer. Dining options include the intimate Sunset Lounge, along with a Sports and News Cafe. For happy hour, residents can quench their thirst at the Whiskey and Wine Bar. The towers will feature three pools, complete with floating pavilions, cabanas, grills and bocce courts.

A wellness center with a pool view will offer private classes, as well as group yoga and Pilates. Lockers will include steam and sauna rooms. A business center and teen lounge are also in the plans.

Residents will be able to walk to the Saltleaf Marina and Saltleaf Golf Preserve. This new community hub, also developed by London Bay, will replace Raptor Bay Golf Club. The renovated golf course will reopen for play by February of 2023.
