From a 5-building development planned on Old 41 Road, to in-depth zoning changes to allow for easier building, there’s a lot going on in Downtown Bonita!

It can be difficult to keep track of everything, so here’s an update on Bonita Springs’ largest and most nearly-completed projects.

New Bonita Springs Library

After Bonita’s original library suffered irreparable damage during Hurricane Irma, the city decided to build a new one downtown. The new library, situated at the corner of Reynolds Street and Felts Avenue, is expected to be completed by Summer of 2019.
