Vanderbilt Beach Cleanup in Naples, FL

Please join us at our beach cleanup where we provide everything including tools, water, and snacks. All we need is you!
Event: Vanderbilt Beach Cleanup Date: September 21, 2024 Time: 9:30 am – 11 am Location: Vanderbilt Beach Park – 100 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34108
PLEASE ARRIVE BY 9:15 AM TO FIND PARKING!
What To Bring: Reuseable water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. We suggest a hat and sunglasses.
What We Provide: All tools needed, sunblock, water refill jug, light snacks, and designated team members who take pictures and ensure safety.
Safety Guidelines: Drink plenty of water and take breaks as needed. Set a timer to come back at set time. Watch out for sharp objects, glass, and wildlife. Avoid heavy lifting and work with a buddy at all times. Do not touch hazardous materials such as needles or chemicals. Report heavy items to our designated team member.
Post Cleanup: Weigh your buckets and join the group photo at 10:30 am.
Why Help: Beach cleanups are a last line of defense to prevent debris from causing harm to our oceans, to wildlife, to our coastal economies, and even beach-goers. After Hurricane Ian these efforts are needed more than ever.
Please note that parking is free to those that have a Collier County Parking Sticker on their car. Otherwise each car must pay a $8.00 fee.
