Project Telephone to Bring New Restaurants to Downtown Bonita Springs

Moran & Kennedy, the builder behind Sugarshack Downtown, has another exciting project in the works for Downtown Bonita Springs! They are currently working on Project Telephone which will bring two new dining options to Bonita Springs! The builder has teamed up with Patrick Fraley of IPC Naples to find prospective restaurants to lease these exciting, new additions to our beautiful downtown.

Project Telephone

Project Telephone will bring two restaurants to the vacant lots beside Downtown Coffee and Wine Bar. For the first restaurant, Moran & Kennedy plans to expand the existing building next to Downtown Coffee to create space for a 6,902 SF bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. This restaurant is currently being referred to as the North Site.

The second restaurant, referred to as the South Site will be located on the adjacent vacant lot on Hampton Street. This restaurant will boast a total of 7,838 SF with a huge portion being allocated to outdoor seating.
