The developers of the new mixed-use proposal in Downtown Bonita Springs have had plenty of hurdles to jump through, just to get as far as they have. Most recently: the zoning board.
On June 25th, the developers and their team met with the zoning board, not knowing what to expect.
To the surprise of many, however, the plan received a unanimous vote of approval! Getting approval from the zoning board was the last major step towards full approval of the development. Developers are now saying construction could begin as early as November of this year.
According to the developers, all of the restaurant and retail space available has already been reserved. As for the 80 condo units, exact prices have still not been released.
