Moran Kennedy & IPC Naples are working together to bring four new restaurants to the Northeast corner of Ragsdale and Old 41 with Project Roundabout.

The preliminary site plan for the 0.68-acre property outlines four proposed restaurant and retail spaces ranging from 2,550 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft. Most restaurants would face Ragsdale but the one closest to the McSwain home would have access from Old 41 Rd. The site plan also calls for green space with outdoor seating and additional handicapped parking paces.
