The developers behind The Burn Pine Center have big plans for the 4-acre site at the corner of US Old 41 and Bernpine Court. This vacant lot near Bonita Springs Charter School has sat empty for several years. In 2023, NH2 Property Management purchased the property for $3.525,000. Now, site plans have been unveiled for a new 51,00 sq. ft. commercial flex center.

The property sits adjacent to the future Pickleball Club which will be an indoor pickleball facility with a cafe, bar, pro shop, and more.

Burn Pine Center Units

Burn Pine Center will house 21 commercial spaces which will eventually house a variety of businesses.  Each unit will be delivered with LED lighting, ADA-compliant restrooms, natural gas, electric setups, and essential utilities. Units range from 1,513 sq. ft. to 2,640 sq. ft.

Burn Pine Center Potential Businesses

These commercial units are currently listed for lease by Christine McManus of IPC Naples. The project is still in the very early stages and many businesses tend to wait to lease commercial spaces until they are built. It may be some time before any businesses officially call Bern Pine Center home. However, many have already expressed their interest in leasing a space. Christine says she has had several businesses reach out, including a few retailers, breweries, and a deli.

Burn Pine Center recently received its Development Order and will begin the permitting process soon. To stay up-to-date on these projects, and others across Southwest Florida, sign up for our community newsletter!
