A new, luxury apartment complex recently broke ground in Bonita Springs.

The six-building community will be situated on 21 acres just East of the Home Depot on Bonita Beach Road. There is also a brand new Starbucks and Five Guys Burgers directly in front of the site.

Each of the buildings will contain between 41 and 45 apartment units, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. A fitness center, pool and community lounge will be at the center of the buildings.

Excavation company, ECH Incorporated, is currently clearing the land and digging a lake for the new complex.

The developer and owner, The Residential Group, has several leasing communities from Nashville, Tennessee, down to Naples. This new development will be their first community in Bonita Springs.

All of The Residential Group’s other communities are named “The Crest at [insert city name here].” It is expected that the new Bonita Springs location will follow suit.
