Midtown at Bonita’s growing lineup is bringing more shopping, sipping and dining options to Bonita Springs. Home Sweet Home, a home decor store and interior design studio, will join Starbucks and Alea, a new family-owned Mediterranean restaurant, at the development just east of I-75 on Bonita Beach Road.
From finding the finishing touches for your home to grabbing your morning coffee or meeting friends for dinner, these additions offer even more reasons to look forward to Midtown’s opening.
Home Sweet Home Bringing Home Decor & Interior Design to Midtown
Home Sweet Home is coming to Midtown at Bonita, bringing a new destination for home decor and personalized interior design services.
With an existing shop on Marco Island, the business blends relaxed coastal style with modern farmhouse and shabby chic influences. Think warm neutrals, inviting textures and natural details that make a space feel comfortable and thoughtfully put together.

Starbucks Coming to Midtown
Starbucks will join several other nationally recognized brands already announced for Midtown, including TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Chipotle and Panera Bread.
The new location will give Midtown residents, shoppers and visitors another convenient place to grab coffee, meet with friends or take a break while exploring the development.
Meet Alea Mediterranean
Alea will bring something entirely new to Bonita Springs.
The family-owned restaurant is being created by a local Southwest Florida family with 25 years of restaurant experience in the Northeast. Its Mediterranean menu will feature Greek influences and a focus on mezze-small, shareable dishes traditionally served in the center of the table.
The kitchen will be led by a chef with international experience, including time spent working in Greece at Nammos in Mykonos. The menu is expected to combine modern Greek and Middle Eastern flavors in a warm, communal dining setting.
Alea will also feature the first dedicated outdoor bar announced among Midtown’s restaurant tenants, giving guests a new place to meet for drinks, enjoy dinner and spend time outside.
Midtown Is Now Approximately 75% Leased
With the addition of Starbucks and Alea, approximately 75% of Midtown’s retail space is now leased, with additional deals still in progress.
The first businesses are expected to begin opening during the fourth quarter of 2026.
Midtown will combine restaurants, shopping, wellness, services, residences and hospitality in a walkable setting. More than 30 acres of the 68-acre development will remain preserved as open space.
The development also includes Paradiso Bonita Springs, a 400-unit luxury apartment community that is now open and welcoming residents.
