Rooftop at riverside just dropped an all-new cocktail menu, and we got the first sip—literally.
The fresh lineup is the brainchild of their new GM, Anthony Hayes, whose years of bartending and management across SWFL show in every glass. Not only are these drinks beautiful, but they’re designed with efficiency in mind, so your bartenders can keep the good times flowing without long waits.
What We Loved About Rooftop at Riverside’s New Cocktail Menu:
Simple, Perfect Pairings:
Each cocktail features just a few carefully chosen ingredients, letting fresh flavors shine without unnecessary frills. The Blood Orange Margarita is bright and citrusy, while the Paloma Picante brings the perfect hint of jalapeño heat without overpowering.
Fresh Garnishes & Upgraded Glassware:
From edible orchids on the Sunset Sipper mocktail to dehydrated citrus wheels and rosemary sprigs, each drink arrives Instagram-ready and tastes as good as it looks.
The Espresso Martini That Changed Our Minds:
The only drink not made in-house is the Espresso Martini by Xtini, and trust us, it’s a game-changer. Crafted with six-times distilled premium vodka, fresh-brewed espresso, and a hint of vanilla, it’s creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced—plus, it’s locally made in North Naples, so you can sip while supporting local.
Mocktails That Feel Special:
For those skipping alcohol, the new mocktails are crafted with as much care as the cocktails. The Fire & Ice with pineapple, agave, and jalapeño, and the Sunset Sipper with blood orange and Seedlip are both refreshing and fun without feeling like an afterthought.
More Exciting Things Ahead at Rooftop:
At the tasting, we got a first look at the beautiful new mural going up in the upstairs bar! This is just part of the upgrade happening on the second floor, with plans to give the space more of a “lounge” feel with new furniture.
We also learned from owner Chris Magnus that Rooftop will soon be adding a video game truck to the mix—perfect for families and events.
If you haven’t visited Rooftop at Riverside lately, now is the time! The new menu launches July 2nd, just in time for their Independence Day celebration! Whether you’re in the mood for a spicy Paloma, a citrusy Botanical, or the perfect espresso martini, this new menu makes it easy to find a new favorite!
