The developer behind Midtown Bonita, The Zuckerman Group, recently announced the first eight tenants that will be moving into the 67-acre mixed-use development on Bonita Beach Road.

Midtown Bonita is currently under construction on the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Bonita Grande Drive. The mixed-use development will include 400 residential units, a 165-room hotel, and over 315k sq ft. of commercial space. Residents of Bonita Springs have long awaited to hear which restaurants and retail will soon be coming to the neighborhood.

This week, The Zuckerman Group announced the national anchors and local businesses that have just signed leases at Midtown Bonita.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

This national quick-casual Mexican restaurant has a cult-like following, and for good reason. Chipotle offers made-to-order burritos, tacos, salads, quesadillas, and bowls made from super-fresh ingredients.

Panera Bread

Panera Bread has been around for quite some time, but the national chain has recently entered a self-proclaimed “New Era.” Panera Bread offers breakfast, lunch, coffee, and a great bakery selection. Their menu has been upgraded and expanded with tons of new options including sandwiches, macaroons, and more.

The Hangry Bison

The Hangry Bison is not your average burger joint. This create-your-own burger concept offers a variety of proteins, but its current locations in the Orlando area have quickly become known for their bison burgers. The Hangry Bison has been a multi-year winner of the Orlando Sentinel’s Foodie Award for Orlando’s Best Burger and Scott Joseph’s Foodster Award for the same accolade. The restaurant also offers craft beer and cocktails with an expansive bourbon selection.

Club Pilates

Club Pilates is a reformer-based Pilates studio with 9 locations along the West coast of Florida. The studio offers low-impact, but ultra-challenging classes for all ages and fitness levels.

Good Vets

This nationwide vet clinic prides itself on state-of-the-art veterinary care with a focus on making pets feel comfortable. The clinic offers primary & urgent care along with affordable wellness plans.

Jeff’s Bagel Run

This award-winning bagel shop is renowned for its scratch-made, fresh, hot bagels, an array of spreads, and full coffee service. Jeff’s Bagel Run currently has multiple locations across the Southeast.

Noire the Nail Bar

This nail bar is dedicated to bringing top-of-the-line products and expert techniques to the nail salon industry, with a few locations already open across SWFL.  Noire the Nail Bar offers spa manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin care.

Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits

This will be the first and only location of this wine & spirit retailer! We were not able to find much on this new business yet but will keep you updated as new details emerge.
