Sizzle Dining is on its way back to Southwest Florida! This three-week-long event celebrates the flourishing culinary scene we are so lucky to be a part of here in SWFL.

Sizzle Dining began in 2016 when it was formally known as Restaurant Week. This year’s event begins September 5th and runs through September 25th. During this time, local restaurants will offer mouth-watering, prix-fixe menus at affordable prices. Two-course lunch menus start at $19 and three-course dinners start at just $29! This community-driven event encourages locals to step outside of their comfort zones and try new restaurants across Lee and Collier counties.

More importantly, Sizzle Dining helps us all give back to our community. For every meal purchased, restaurant owners will be donating $1 of their proceeds to Blessings in a Backpack. This organization works to provide food on the weekends for school-aged children across SWFL who might otherwise go hungry. Did you know that 1 in 6 children in America struggles with food security? Though children are fed through federal government programs during school hours, there are over 100 weekend days per year when many children will go hungry.

Last year, Sizzle Dining shattered its previous record with nearly 100 participating restaurants and raised over $75,000 for Blessings in a Backpack! This year, the official list features over 116 SWFL restaurants!
