What was originally announced as Project Roundabout has evolved into Honey Hole Downtown, a buzz-worthy, experience-first destination in the heart of Bonita Springs. Rather than just restaurants and retail, Honey Hole is designed to surprise and delight – layered spaces for dining, live music, bars, immersive merchants, and family-friendly experiences that people discover and keep coming back to.
The name reflects its mission: a hidden, special place -part secret fishing spot, part tree opening buzzing with life — that delivers memorable experiences every night. The project preserves signature trees, including a majestic mahogany at the roundabout, anchoring the space in Bonita’s natural beauty.
The lot has just been cleared, and construction is set to begin. IPC of Naples is marketing the spaces and seeking experienced restaurant operators to bring new concepts to downtown. Honey Hole continues Moran Kennedy’s vision of creating vibrant, connected spaces that bring people together — a true next chapter in Bonita Springs’ downtown revival.
