A massive new housing and retail complex is coming soon to North Naples. 

Metro Commercial Development Group and Barron Collier Companies recently released their plans for Founder’s Square: a new 55-acre development at the Southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard.

Founder’s Square will be anchored by The Pointe, which is a variety of restaurants and shops. The aesthetic design and easy walk-ability of The Pointe will make it a hub for all of North Naples. There is also a 35,000 square foot medical building planned.

Another feature of Founder’s Square is The Haldeman: a luxury apartment complex winding around a series of lakes. This multi-building development will boast over 400 housing units.

The developers are shooting for a completion date in Summer 2021.
