In the past few years, a shortage of affordable rentals around Downtown Bonita Springs has become a prevalent issue. Fortunately, a group of developers noticed this trend, and designed Mosaic at Oak Creek

This leasing-only community will be situated along Oak Creek in Bonita Springs, at the corner of Dean Street and Old 41 Road.

The community will feature 10 buildings, each being 3 stories tall. The buildings will contain 273, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Apartments are expected to start at about $1,000 per month, and the developers hope to begin taking apartment reservation by May of 2019.

The developer, Incore Residential, is paying to have Dixie Moon Cafe moved to a new location. He plans to use that space for either a restaurant or shops. He also plans to build a public kayak launch on the property.
