Joyful Yoga with Tess at Shangri-La Springs

A Weekly all-levels yoga class every Thursday that includes poses, breath work and meditation instruction to create balance, healing and joy in the body and mind. Tess provides fun facts and evidence of the effectiveness of this ancient art and science through her background, education, and love of the practice.
Bring your mat and a towel for added comfort.
11am-12pm meet under the Mysore tree.
