Great Wolf Lodge Naples finally broke ground, after years of planning, permitting, and hard work. The 20-acre site of this massive project is located near the Paradise Coast Sports Complex, off City Gate Boulevard.
Great Wolf Lodge currently has 20 locations across the country. The 20th will be their first location in Florida. Though each location is slightly different, they all follow the same concept: A massive lodge-style hotel with a huge indoor waterpark.
Great Wolf Lodge Naples will feature 500 hotel rooms. Guests can opt for a classic style suite or a themed suite with some extra fun for the little ones. Themed suites feature bunk beds, murals inspired by the great outdoors, and even in-room clubhouses!
Of course, Great Wolf Lodge Naples will also feature their signature, 100,000 square-foot indoor waterpark. The waterpark will have something for all ages to enjoy. Details on the specifics of the park have yet to be released, but most lodges feature the same main attractions. A favorite among the kids is Fort Mackenzie, a multi-story playground with tons of interactive water features. The littlest ones will enjoy the Club Paw Kiddie Pool, while the older kids, and fun-loving adults, get their thrills from some crazy waterslides! The lodges signature slide, The Howlin Tornado, is sure to excite guests of all ages. This slide shoots riders into a 6-story funnel where they wind high up the walls until they reach the center slide which launches them into a pool!
Great Wold Lodge Naples will have plenty to offer on dry-land as well. Another favorite amongst littles is Magiquest, a high-tech interactive scavenger hunt. Participants purchase a wand and explore the hotel to unclock treasures and complete quests. Children will also enjoy different events like storytime in the foyer with Great Wolf charatcters.
We are still waiting on the official annoucement with all of the amenities that will be featured at this specific Great wolf Lodge location, but we are hoping for some of the great dining options, spas and arcades that other most other locations have!
