A newly built beachfront estate on Naples’ prestigious Gordon Drive has sold for $69.36 million, with an additional $1.64 million in furnishings bringing the total purchase to $71 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Located at 2050 Gordon Drive in gated Gordon Drive Estates, the home occupies 1.58 acres with 150 feet of direct Gulf frontage. Completed in 2026, it offers more than 9,500 square feet of air-conditioned living space and over 21,400 total square feet.

The estate features seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half-baths, a guest suite, an elevator and a six-car garage. European oak floors and custom mahogany doors complement the interiors, while a heated pool and spa overlook the Gulf. Motorized screens and shutters enhance the outdoor spaces. Naples-based Stofft Cooney Architects and Equinox Construction Group designed and built the residence.

Beyond this exceptional luxury sale, the broader Naples-area market offers sellers an encouraging statistic: inventory fell 16.3% year over year in August 2026, according to NABOR’s report covering Collier County excluding Marco Island. Average days on market also declined from 107 to 99, meaning fewer competing listings and a faster selling pace than a year earlier.
