Slick City Fort Myers to Bring 36,000 Sq. Ft. of Giant Slides, Games & Fun to SWFL

Southwest Florida is about to get a serious dose of fun. Coming soon to 9978 Gulf Logistics Drive in Fort Myers is Slick City, a brand-new, 36,000-square-foot indoor slide park that promises big thrills, family fun, and a whole lot of reasons to laugh.

A Family Dream Turned Reality

Behind Slick City Fort Myers are Bobbie Jo and Ryan Cox, a local couple with a shared vision and a big leap of faith.  One day, they decided it was time to invest in themselves and their community.

“We looked at all kinds of franchises,” Bobbie Jo said with a laugh, “but we selfishly wanted something our kids would love, too.”

That’s when they discovered Slick City, a fast-growing franchise of indoor slide parks designed for kids, teens, and adults to play, race, and let loose — no water required. Ryan, originally from St. Louis, had already seen one of the original Slick City locations in action there. After connecting with the company, the couple became the first franchisees in Florida, officially bringing the concept to the Sunshine State.

Inside Slick City Fort Myers

Stepping into Slick City feels like entering a playground on steroids – sleek, colorful, and buzzing with energy.

The Fort Myers location will feature thirteen massive slides, each built for speed, twists, and friendly competition. Every night, the slides re coated in the brand’s signature “slick sauce,” ensuring that riders glide fast and smooth.

Beyond the slides, the park will include:

  • A spring-loaded dodgeball court for high-flying action

  • A basketball court where you can literally bounce into your shots

  • A Junior Zone with smaller slides, a jungle gym, and a foam play area, perfect for toddlers

  • A retro-inspired arcade packed with games

  • And a café serving snacks, drinks, and hot food for refueling between rounds of fun

Slick City Fort Myers is truly for all ages. Bobbie Jo spoke about their visit to the St. Louis location and how much fun everyone had. “I tried a few of the slides, and two of them I could not bring myself to do again because of how fast they were. My oldest, however,  could not get enough of them!”

Parties, Playdates & Group Fun

Like other Slick City parks across the country, Fort Myers will offer flexible play sessions and birthday party packages. Guests can typically purchase timed passes — usually 90 or 120 minutes — and kids under a certain age have access to their own junior play area.

Party packages will include reserved tables, pizza and drinks, and all the fixings for an easy, high-energy celebration. The park will also be available for group events, fundraisers, and corporate outings, making it a versatile spot for community fun.

Why Fort Myers?

Fort Myers was a natural fit for the concept. With its family-driven community, rapid growth, and Florida’s famously unpredictable weather, Slick City offers the perfect year-round entertainment option.

Whether it’s a rainy afternoon, a sweltering summer day, or just an excuse to get out of the house, this all-indoor venue provides a welcome new option for local families — and it’s one that’s bound to draw visitors from across Southwest Florida once doors open.

What’s Next

The official opening date hasn’t been announced just yet, but construction is well underway — and excitement is building fast. You can expect updates on social media and the main Slick City website as opening day approaches.

If the success of other locations around the country is any clue, this new Fort Myers park will be packed with energy, laughter, and repeat visitors from day one.
