The Naples Design Review Board recently approved the final two buildings of The Avenue, a luxury mixed-use development set to break ground near the gateway to downtown.
Andy Penev, head of M Development, received approval for The Avenue this past week, along with praise for his design. The vote will allow Andy and his team to proceed with the permitting process and begin construction early next year.
The property, bounded by Sixth Avenue South and 11th Street South will be home to four, three-story, mixed-use buildings. The first floor will feature 75,000 square feet of commercial space. The top two stories will consist of 30 two and three-bedroom condos starting at just under $3 million. The property will also offer amenities, including multiple pools, for residents.
