The City of Bonita Springs is celebrating 25 years since being incorporated in 1999 and is doing so by enhancing some of the city’s already spectacular annual events! Most recently, we enjoyed an unbelievable 4th of July parade followed by a concert by Ben Allen Band, fireworks, and an incredible drone show at Star Spangled Bonita.

Now, the city is beginning to prepare for its most notable annual event, Holiday in The Park! Each year, the city lights up Riverside Park with an increasingly impressive amount of twinkling lights. This year, to celebrate 25 years, the city plans to go all-out. Plans have recently been approved to wrap lights around the street poles lining Old 41 and add holiday décor enhancements in the medians. Miami Christmas Lights will be responsible for the display this year.

Work will begin in September and the decor will be on display by November!
